It’s Wimbledon Finals day! Who’re you rooting for today? In the spirit of Wimbledon I’ve re-created the classic combo of strawberries & cream, in the form of a fun and tasty smoothie! Frozen strawberries, milk and greek yogurt make up the base of this drink, although this can easily be made dairy free by swapping the milk & yogurt for a dairy free version.
You’ll need quite a strong blender for this drink as frozen fruit can be really tough to break down (especially strawberries!) I would advise blending in sections if your blender isn’t as strong.

PS. if you’re wondering why my strawberries look a little worse for wear – they’re part of Tesco’s ‘perfectly imperfect’ range (every little helps!)
– 1 cup frozen strawberries (150g)
– 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
– 1/2 cup greek yogurt (120g)
– 2 tbsp GF oats
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 2 tsp sweetener (honey, agave, maple)
– 4 dates
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth – smoothies really are the easiest to make!
