3 Gluten Free Valentine’s Day Treats

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, meaning it’s the perfect time to surprise your loved one (or yourself) with some delicious gluten free Valentine’s Day treats!

My chocolate raspberry truffles are perfect if you’re short on time and need a quick after dinner nibble. If you and your loved one are brownie fans, my gluten free black bean brownies are the perfect treat (especially when drizzled in melted chocolate!) Or perhaps you’re looking to go all out for dessert? My chocolate hazelnut tart is a Valentine’s Day showstopper!

Gluten Free Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TRUFFLES

With only 6 ingredients, these cute pink truffles are great if you need to throw a little something special together last minute. They’d also be a perfect Valentine’s present idea if you popped them in a pretty box. Hint hint to anyone who hasn’t thought about a gift yet!

Made up of raspberries, ground almonds, cashews and gluten free oats, these truffles are sweet, have a lovely texture and are absolutely delicious. Choose between the plain pink truffle, or covered in smooth dark chocolate which is my favourite combination.

BLACK BEAN BROWNIES

These gluten free black bean brownies are full of rich, chocolatey goodness – I promise you can’t taste the beans at all! The combination of banana and black beans help create a delicious gooey texture. Perfect as an indulgent dessert with melted chocolate sauce, or as an after-dinner snack.

If you have a sweet tooth like me these are perfect to keep in the fridge for whenever your chocolate cravings hit. If there are any left that is! Be adventurous and make them for your loved one today – they won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for something a bit more special to enjoy on Valentine’s Day, this gluten free chocolate hazelnut tart is for you! With a crisp chocolate hazelnut base, silky chocolate coconut cream filling and topped with roasted hazelnuts and fresh berries. Each slice tastes like pure heaven!

This tart is gluten free and vegan, but you honestly wouldn’t know. My non-coeliac family absolutely loved it and hoovered it up in about 2 days. If you don’t trust me on how delicious it is, trust them!
