Halloween and Bonfire Night have both passed, which means there are limited weeks left until we go a little crazy and turn the country into a Santa’s Grotto Christmas extravaganza! Which is why I’m trying to create as many autumnal recipes before the hard-core Christmas baking kicks in!
It’s nearly Valentine’s Day, which means pretty pink food at the Oat So Delicious household! Valentine’s is a bit of a marmite holiday, but whether you have someone to spend it with or not, a bit of self-love can never go wrong in my eyes! What better way to show self-love than make yourself a big batch of yummy raspberry, chocolate and coconut bars?
These double chocolate granola bars are the perfect snack. They’re crunchy, VERY chocolatey, but not sickly sweet (meaning you can eat more!) I like to keep them in the fridge to have as a mid-afternoon treat with a cup of tea, or after dinner if I’m craving chocolate.
