This week I’m sharing a delicious, crunchy breakfast treat: my gluten free chocolate almond butter granola.
All hail the glorious gluten free banana waffles! Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, these waffles are truly scrumptious. They’re so quick to throw together which makes them perfect for any last minute brunch plans you have with friends and family. Like most of my recipes, these waffles are made with ingredients you probably already have in your food cupboard – win win!
Say hello to my new shiny website and a brand new #ToastTuesday appropriate post: my gluten free PB&J toast!
This 4 ingredient blackberry chia pudding is perfect for anyone who has a busy morning with no time to prioritise breakfast. As much as I love spending 20 mins every morning with a hot bowl of porridge and a cup of tea, I understand I’m probably in the minority! Many of you have very busy schedules where breakfast just isn’t at the forefront of your mind.
Anyone else feeling ridiculously cold at the moment? Although the snow weather warnings have been coming in thick and fast, I’ve not seen any settling nor have I had a snow day yet! To keep myself warm in the mornings, I’ve been making this simple gluten free winter porridge on repeat, and it’s definitely doing its job by making me feel all cosy and warm inside!
Hands up who likes the look of these apple pie oats but thinks it will take too long to make in the morning? I’m here to convince you that after a little Sunday prepping, you could whip this bowl up in under 5 minutes!
With just under two weeks to go until Christmas Day (wahoo), I thought it was time to share the recipe for this super festive and delicious Christmas spiced granola. I have to say, gluten-free granola is probably my all time favourite thing to make (I never buy shop bought GF granola) – it’s ridiculously easy to make, you can choose any flavour combination and ultimately it’s much healthier than the pre-made versions!
These waffles have been a go to recipe of mine for over a year now. I originally had this recipe on my blog as Banana Waffles with Blueberry Compote, and thought the recipe/imagery needed a bit of an update. However I do have this post bookmarked on my phone, and I can’t tell you how many delicious waffles I’ve made over the last year! I’ve tweaked the ingredient quantities from the old waffle recipe and added a little bit of maca powder for a slight caramel flavour, although this can easily be left out if you don’t have any.
