Overnight Oats are without a doubt my favourite thing to have at breakfast. Quick to make, delicious and filling, there’s not much I can say bad about them! In the winter, I love experimenting with warm and cosy flavours like these chocolate chai overnight oats.

Overnight oats are the lazy girls (or guys) way to eat a healthy breakfast. The flavour combos are ENDLESS, it takes less than 2 minutes to prep the night before and then it’s ready to eat straight away in the morning! No fuss, no cooking time, minimal prep but still delicious oaty goodness.
Overnight oats are one of my favourite breakfasts – they’re so easy to make, all you need to do is throw all the ingredients into a bowl/Kilner jar, give it a stir and pop it in the fridge overnight! Come morning time, your breakfast is ready to go. I find that overnight oats are very popular in summer, but their popularity fades out during the winter months in favour of traditional hot porridge.
