Rainy England, what are you playing at? It’s nearly the middle of June and I’ve had to dig out my winter jumpers and boots. In my eyes, that is not how to begin a new summer season! However, if I’m going to look at the positives, helping myself to these gluten free peanut butter caramel squares whilst watching the rain hasn’t been absolutely awful…
Say hello to my new shiny website and a brand new #ToastTuesday appropriate post: my gluten free PB&J toast!
I’m a firm believer that healthy food should be quick, easy and taste delicious. Whether that’s a fresh bowl of salad, a yummy stack of blueberry pancakes or a simple snack like crunchy chocolate & peanut butter doughnuts. Healthy food doesn’t have to include expensive and inaccessible ingredients, they should be ones you can find conveniently, as you’ll be much more likely to make your own healthy snacks if you can easily find the ingredients!
Say hello to my new favourite granola, with yummy crunchy clusters and the most delicious peanut butter flavour, it’s got to be my favourite granola recipe yet!
Overnight oats are one of my favourite breakfasts – they’re so easy to make, all you need to do is throw all the ingredients into a bowl/Kilner jar, give it a stir and pop it in the fridge overnight! So I have a confession…I use to absolutely hate coffee until around two months ago. I always thought if I have to add tonnes of sugar to make it tastes remotely nice what’s the point? That was until I found this amazing chocolate caramel flavour instant coffee from a brand called Littles – mind blown!
